Perform cost estimation and planning along with timelines of developing the system.
Contractual Advice
Provide continual support and guidance on which resources and service providers to collaborate with to reach your goal.
Development Management
Manage contracts and oversee that the development process achieves the goal to your satisfaction.
System Verification
Validate customers' needs and verify system requirements.
